Honda Of Hollywood's body shop is extremely well run and we were extremely satisfied with the work they did. They worked with our insurer and they kept us in the loop while our car was in the shop. Mario gave us excellent service when the car was brought in and kept us advised as to when we could expect our car to be ready for pick-up.We would highly recommend Honda of Hollywood to those whose cars need body work done.

Mario, my service rep, was very thorough in explaining what would be required to get my car back to me. The job took an extra two days due to difficulty in getting parts, but the quality of the work and appearance of the car made the wait worth it. All the staff seemed very helpful. Overall an excellent experience.

Mario, with whom I dealt, was very thorough, helpful and polite. When I picked up my car, in addition to being very happy with the results of the repair, I was pleasantly surprised that my car had been washed. What a nice touch that is!

if i could rate higher on that scale i would! Mario went above and beyond repairing my car and Randy gave excwptional prompt service as well! I would also like to thank all the service people who.worked on my car that i didnt meet. Everyone one was fantastic i didnt expect to get so well.cared for...especially considering i was coming in for a pricey theft...Mario Randy and the guys made the experience more than ok!
