Dear Hollywood of Honda Body Shop Artists! The team of Fransisco and Israel were amazing! There was another man his name was a Reynaldo I think who said he would help me too but had an emergency and I did not meet him so my gratitude goes out to him too and everyone involved. They worked quickly to meet my deadline within 10 days! Amazing! They saved my car and fixed the damage and made my car beautiful! When I arrived with my husband to pick it up I met the two gentlemen ! They were so gracious, I had tears in my eyes of gratitude. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Fransisco and Israel and team members. You restored me! I am an LAUSD teacher and you brought me back to life by fixing my car! I bought my Honda Accord SE 2006 as a lifetime car because I know they last! I only drove 94,000 miles in all these years and had covered parking, so I could keep it for ever. I never was in a car accident and got rear ended by the driver behind me who faulted and hit me, on my way to teach school for LAUSD on Sept 5 2024 at 7:15 am. . I had to go to the hospital and lost many days of work, but having my car repaired by your talented artists, I came back to moving forward. They detailed my car so beautiful too! And made it look like new! I love you Honda of Hollywood! ! I bought my car at Honda of Hollywood Brand new in Feb 2006 and took great care of it and always maintained it through the years with your service team! ! I hope to keep it another couple decades! Thank you sweet sincere Hollywood of Honda Team! Thank you again Fransisco and Israel! There was another man Reynaldo who helped me and said he would do all he could, I hope I have his name right. The only thing that occurred was one week after I brought it home the 10 month old battery was dead after I tried to drive it 5 days later..I called Fransisco and he said I could bring it back but Triple AAA came and replaced the battery and now it’s running. I was concerned that it was something electrical draining the battery but I drove it again today to groceries and it was ok. Should I worry about anything and get it checked? the other thing they noticed from AAA was the power steering oil was low but then these could be separate issues. .Should I just see how its running the next few days.. what do you recommend?
