The work was excellent but I wish that the shop would communicate better as to where the car was in the process. I don’t feel I would receive updates unless I called every couple days or so to see what was happening.

I was not impressed with the level of customer service. I understand that they do the best they can with that they have but they can improve on their level of empathy, communication, and going above and beyond from the beginning and not as part of their damage control strategy.
