"Look I'm a nutcase with my car. I cant afford a house and I have no kids this subaru is not only my child but the nicest thing I may ever own. I have gotten people fired over mishandling it. Im probably the worst customer there is. I won't even let my mom or dad drive it. Last time I delt with progressive it took over a month and a half to get them to pay for OME parts which is all I'll ever put on it, i work hard to keep it right and safe. Not only does my car look perfect just like it did before I didnt have to fight progressive and get the insurance commissioner involved, they handled it all for me and quickly and fixed it up fast. They communicate with you when your worried and let me me tell you I can't tell it was ever hit. Its so perfect that I've told every customer I see at work if you ever get hit this is the only place I'd take it. I even have my insurance agent sending people"

"I took a trucks ball hitched to the driver side door of my tesla a couple months ago. The other drivers insurance company was a bit of a pain, but Gross & Son were a dream to work with. Even with the hurricane they managed to get my car in shortly after and when I got it back it looked just like the day I got it from the dealer. Thank you so much!"

"The repairs took a few days less than the estimated. The repairs cost so hundred dollars less than what they estimated. The car was returned to me in absolute new condition. By that I mean, not only were the repairs completed, but it appeared. The car was practically detailed. I am a very impressed customer."
