Paint work was fantastic. People were fantastic. Communication with me, the customer was absolutely horrible. When I dropped off the car for the work I told them I needed it back in 10 days and was told that was “no problem” and that’s the last I heard. The time passed and I had to call to check on its status. The paint work was complete but they were having issues with codes trying to reset some sensors up front. Did they call me? No. They kept the car another two weeks before giving up and letting me know I’d need to take it to the dealer. No problem at all except they never updated me for two weeks! I only found things out when I called asking where’s my car? Infuriating! When I finally got the car back it was absolutely filthy! Leaves in all the vents and the front trunk was covered inside in sanding dust!!! Horrible as I keep my car absolutely spotless! This was on my Porsche 911 which is 100% garage kept. I was livid. Never again. I’ll go elsewhere next time due to their complete lack of communication with the customer and then returning my car filthy whereas when dropped off it was showroom spotless.

Head Unit replaced but not connected to iDatalink device causing reboots and errors. Door pannel should have been replaced once determined gluing clips would not addequately make the pannel thresh. Had to request labor adjusted as orginally charged for paint even though flare came prepainted. Vehicle repair time took longer than expected by a few days. Headlamp, bumper, and flare replacement was excellent.
