Mudgett’s is the best in the Carroll County area. The staff are caring and professional. When my son’s car was damaged from a deer on his way home for Winter break, they went above and beyond to have a fast turn around. The technician met us on a holiday weekend, off hours, to make sure my son had his car in time to return to school. They worked well with our insurance company. I highly recommend Mudgett’s, and I rarely leave reviews.

Car was dropped off 12/8 and we were told it should be ready before Christmas. I has to call several times to get updates on the status and was told on 12/23 that they were waiting on an alignment and thus wouldnt be done by Christmas but would be done early the next week. Had to call the next week to get status and once again was told it was waiting on an alignment and due to the holidays wouldn't be ready until 1/6/26.

The whole team there is just amazing. From start to finish, they communicated every to me. From pricing to what needed to be done. I also refer to you, because the whole experience and work is even better than a 10. Thank you for caring about your customers, that is what good business is about. Please never lose sight of that.
