Actual repair cost was over $1,000 more than original estimate without any communication on that. My son thought they had said it would be done 2 days earlier than it was. Receptionist said that was the correct date when done. The Receptionist did call and advise when vehicle would be done and ready for pick up a couple days before and also the day of or before completion. Overspray on light and bumper not put back on straight. Will try to take back for corrections.

I believe there is more overspray on that car than their paint booth. Paint match is just so so. When I put gas in the car they had left the paper and tape inside the gas opening.

The physical work was good. The car work was scheduled from Tues 9/19 to Fri 9/29. On Monday 9/24 I was informed that the work was "behind schedule" due to an employee being on vaction for a week. The car work had NOT started after being in the shop for 4 days. I had opted NOT to get a rental car during the work. Those 4 days were days that I could have used my car. Why would your shop call the day before the drop off to make sure it was going to be there, yet knowing that they didn't have the personnel to work on it. Unacceptable in my opinion. When I told your receptionist that I needed my car back by Friday.....she commented " You can come and pick it up now if you want it." Really, would you be happy with that being said to you. I think that technically you are good. Customer relationship needs to be worked on. I was glad that your receptionist was NOT there on Friday when I went to pick up the car. My only other concern was that the prompts on the dash board were not properly reset (tire pressure check, etc).
