Glenn Mullinix's, business evolved from a childhood passion for everything cars. It continues today at his shop and is the only place I consider when I need auto body repairs. One of the best shops out there.

Repairs are incomplete. They overlooked an obvious impact area, which makes me concerned about the repairs completed in areas that aren’t readily visible; I’m waiting to return once a rental is available. The color match looks ok. I understand that the have to do what the bare minimum is required for insurance, and I was told that once it’s in the sun more the colors will begin to fade/match better, but it’s not exact and disappointing.

Jen was always pleasant and helpful on the phone. I don’t think they have well established processes for keeping customers automatically updated, which is a problem. I got so overwhelmed with needing to call for updates that I needed to delegate the task to a family member. They did not provide a preliminary estimate nor regular updates (throughout the 3 weeks that they had my car). A preliminary estimate was received only after the work was identified as final and ready for pickup. This is not what I expected based on conversations with insurance. Jen acknowledged their error, which is why I bumped them to 4 stars.
