My car is not fully repaired to my liking as my car is having the issues it didn’t have before my repairs were done I will say my car was stolen so there is a lot of things I couldn’t or wouldn’t know was wrong until it was fixed. Like my steering wheel! It was sent to get an alignment and my wheel is still not aligned properly as my wheel moves to the left when driving straight ( a problem I didn’t have before repairs!) While Mullinix tried to correct the problem the problem still exist so as a customer I just feel like they should try to figure out how they can fix it completely and if they can’t then relay that to my insurance so that they know my car is not going to be 100% repaired Assuming they know about cars I tried to ask what else could be the problem but was told to reach out to good year who did my alignment my thing is if it’s not the alignment what else could it be!? Maybe my whole steering wheel was taking out and just not put back correctly. Honestly I don’t know and obviously I won’t get answers on what’s the issue I’ve used this company in the past and was very happy with my repairs this time around was not the same experience.
