The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. I drove in on a Friday for an estimate, brought my car in Monday and given a loaner car and got a call Wednesday that I could take mine home. That was so efficient!

All went well. One minor miss was I had to jimmy the tailgate open and discovered that there were a few bolts that were never tightened. One was sticking out so far that it was hard to get the tailgate open. No big deal for me though.
