They were very professional from start to finish. There was a delay in getting a part and they communicated with me throughout the delay. Once the part arrived they finished the job quickly and thoroughly. They did an excellent job coordinating with my insurance company and with Enterprise.

The whole experience from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. I drove in on a Friday for an estimate, brought my car in Monday and given a loaner car and got a call Wednesday that I could take mine home. That was so efficient!

All went well. One minor miss was I had to jimmy the tailgate open and discovered that there were a few bolts that were never tightened. One was sticking out so far that it was hard to get the tailgate open. No big deal for me though.
