The actual repairs were great, not the screen damage, obviously.

The actual repair was great and was performed quickly. Unfortunately, the detailing that was done resulted in damage to my vehicle’s display screen. The vehicle is brand new and the suggested fix is not a full replacement to new condition which isn’t great. I’ll be happy if the repair returns my screen to the brand new condition it was in when I brought it in. However, I hope the promise to replace the screen stands if the repair is subpar. While I appreciate the added touch of detailing, I’d have preferred to forego it to have had my vehicle back in good condition and be done with it. I suggest making sure detailers are trained in the proper technique and products to use when detailing vehicles after repair or not detailing at all. Aside from the detailing damage, I was happy with every other aspect of my experience at Fred’s.
