I received two calls saying my car would be ready the next day at noon. When I showed up the next day at 12:30, I was told my car was not ready for pick up, but couldn’t get details as the supervisor was at lunch, and they asked me to come back after 1 o’clock. When I got there, the car was not ready and was told it would be ready after 4 o’clock. I live in Arcata and had a friend drive me over, so it was very inconvenient for both of us.
