I had an unusual situation where my brand new car (less than a day old) was wrecked on my drive home from Portland to Baton Rouge. Not knowing the area or who would be a reputable repair shop, I let my insurance company do the research and they suggested Myrtletown Body Shop. I had to return home and leave my car 2,500 miles away not knowing what kind of service they might even offer. I was surprised to find out that Tom and everyone else at MBS would give me the peace of mind that I needed. They kept me informed every step of the way and never made me feel like I was bothering them when I would call to check on it. I went back to Eureka to pick it up this week and Tom went out of his way to make sure I could pick it up even though they were closed the day I arrived. On my drive back, Tom called me just to check on how my car was doing and wish me well on my drive home. As a business owner myself I appreciated the level of personal customer service that MBS provided and (although I hope I never have occasion to use them again, lol) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs repairs.

From start to finish it was a great and very smooth experience really no stress at all . I felt every detail was taken care of from a loaner car to communications to finished vehicle and it looks brand new plus they cleaned it like a mini detail to the overall job ! I would have liked more communication between the repairs shop and us, even a quick ( we are still working on it ) I did receive 1 or 2 phone calls but my car was in the shop almost there about month 1/2 but other then that I love mrytletown and will continue to take my cars there and refer all my friends and family there as well . Job well done

The job was done quickly, accurately and my truck looked new when I picked it up as it had been cleaned inside and out! The employees were very polite and helpful! It was a job that I would call “Well Done” !!
