I am so appreciative of Nalley Collision East! Their service was unmatched! If I’m being honest, I don’t think I’ve ever gotten such fast, friendly, and professional service like that anywhere else. Alex at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, Frankie was super professional and transparent throughout the entire process, and the staff member who did my repairs did an excellent job from what I can see. They fixed my car in a week! I was surprised with how quickly they finished. I’m so grateful for this team and I will recommend them anytime I can.

There were flaws in the finish on the bumper and the hood, but they corrected them.
