I am grateful Wayne worked diligently to honor my request to repair my 2022 Mazda CX-5 front bumper damage only with OEM factory parts (not reconditioned parts State Farm was only obliged to cover per my policy…a big surprise & disappointment to me!). He provided a separate quote & reasonable pricing for the several needed OEM parts (my extra costs in addition to my $500 deductible after my unoccupied, parked vehicle was hit in a Best Buy parking lot). Wayne was very responsive communicating via phone & emails, as well as most accommodating; agreed to touch up 2 deep scratches on a door with color Soul Red paint at no additional charge and placed 3m door trim at a fair price. This color red is difficult to match (I understand) and am very pleased with the color matching and repair work done to front bumper. Also, Zoey was a delightful, helpful, young lady to work with; appreciate her communication & assistance throughout process working collaboratively with Wayne. I wish to thank the personable, kind-spirited, young lady (name escapes me) who picked me up at my home when car repairs were completed. Appreciated our up-beat, pleasant conversation! In conclusion, after taking considerable time to obtain several quotes & realizing the “games” played by different collision repair shops, I believe the right decision was made in choosing Napleton Collision Repair in Schaumburg. Very pleased with my total experience. Everyone at Napleton’s (Wayne & Roxey) were excellent in handling my repairs from start to finish. Thanks to the entire repair team (Body Shop Personnel included) they were able to finish the repairs in the designated time.
