We could not be happier with our experience at Auto Collision Rebuilders! From beginning to end, their service was truly exceptional. Everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with, and they kept us updated every step of the way. One of the things we appreciated most was how they handled the communication with our insurance company for us. Insurance can be such a stressful and time-consuming part of having a vehicle repaired, so having their team take care of that process made everything so much easier and gave us one less thing to worry about. Our vehicle needed the hood replaced, and when we picked it up, it honestly looked brand new. The repair work was beautiful, and the attention to detail went far beyond what we expected. The car was detailed and spotless, and they even placed protective plastic and paper mats inside to make sure our interior and floor mats stayed clean. Those small touches really showed how much care they put into their work and their customers’ vehicles. They made the entire process incredibly smooth, got us in and out without any hassle, and even had our vehicle finished a full day earlier than expected! It is rare to find a business that combines excellent workmanship with such great customer service and communication. Thank you to the entire Auto Collision Rebuilders team for taking such great care of us and our vehicle. My car looked brand new. Wow. The process was very well managed and professional. Communication was excellent and Juan also went above and beyond to make sure the Enterprise rental pickup was completed. So much better than experience we had with Gerber.
