Great job was done. My Tesla is extremely custom and they treated it with care and ensured everything was back in one piece. Car was completed like 2 weeks before I was initially told it would be, so that was truly awesome. PDR cleaned the inside and outside of my car immaculately, like this 2021 looks like a 2026 type of shine. I am thoroughly impressed with the turnaround, work, and communication throughout the process. The receptionist, I want to say her name is Paula, but I am probably very wrong, is honestly such a genuinely real & kind person based on the minimal interactions I've had with her, she made me feel less anxious about my silly questions along the way. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent experience with Total Collision! My car was only 3 days out of the dealership when it was involved in an accident, and after the repair you honestly can’t tell anything ever happened. It looks exactly like it did when I first picked it up — brand new. Fast turnaround, excellent quality, and a very professional team. Highly recommended!
