Our vehicle had dirty footprints on the front and back mats. The inside of the doors and trunk area were dirty and scuffed. This vehicle was purchased new May 2025. and the inside of the vehicle looks like it is five years old. Please remind the body shop staff to cover the floor mats and clean the vehicles inside if they have to bring muddy shoes inside to work. We trusted Schaumburg Buick for the repair and expected total quality. The trunk cover in the rear are ruined. Someone should have inspected the inside before returning the vehicle.

The inside of the vehicle was left dirty. The front door panels were scuffed as were the panels in the rear. The floor mats had muddy footprints on them. The mats in the trunk looked like they were laying in dirt for tw months instead of being from a brand new two month vehicle. Please inspect the inside of vehicles after body work.

Paint and repairs looked great however they were unable to complete the repairs to 100%, I am currently missing 1/2 of the pinstripping on my vehicle and was told they didn’t have anyone to perform them

I'm extremely happy with the service I received from this body shop. The staff was very informative (Wayne, Zoe, Justin, and others whose names I don't remember at the moment); they answered all my questions, provided clear instruction, did a great job repairing my vehicle, and finally they completed all repairs in less than 24 hours (the speed was not super important to me since I had a rental car but worth mentioning in this survey). All employees were super pleasant to interact with, very friendly. Thank you, guys and gals!

Absolutely because we have used this shop more than once and always received a complete, timely repair and communication with our insurance so that we could rest easy. We have an unusual paint color and we have been particularly impressed with his well the color has been matched on repair, which is not an easy thing to do. We will definitely recommend to anyone needing body work and have talked highly about the repairs with our friends.
