They were really nice and they explained the process well. They also finish really quickly with my car, which btw is looking brand new. Overall really happy with the service

When car was return from body shop some parts was missing, car have also alignment done but steering wheel after was turned 15 degrees left to drive straight. Car was returned with extra 750 miles on it. Not recommend

Zoe was very friendly and helpful during the process. Also the parts arrived very quickly after ordering and the the shop finished within the time promised. Also, Jonathan and Kelvin were great as usual with helping us with a service loaner car.

They had my car for 2 weeks. I hadn’t heard anything. I called to find out they hadn’t processed the insurance claim. No attempt to contact me. Also, I never received updates during repairs and was not contacted when completed. I had to call to find out it was done. Horrible service.
