Overall, from the insurance company to Nashville Collision the process was handled very well. I've been a long-time customer and having had no accidents was not familiar with the process. My primary involvement was selecting the preferred shop and from then on, it was handled by others.

Bryan Moody and the team at Nashville Collision Center went above and beyond with my Rivian. What started as minor damage turned out to be more involved, but Bryan handled every aspect seamlessly—coordinating with Rivian, managing tire work and alignment, and keeping me informed throughout. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely fun to work with. My car came back in perfect condition, beautifully detailed, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

Job was completed in a timely manner within the original proposed time frame. Work was professional, as were all my communications with Nashville Collision. The car was also immaculately cleaned upon return of the vehicle. We priced several options in town, but I'm glad we went with Nashville Collision for the quality and value of the work completed.
