National Auto Collision was fantastic! I did however have to contact you to file the claim twice. The second time the employee notified me that there was no record of me submitting anything! I was furious to say the least, but the woman who helped me the second time was very helpful and got the situation handled.

My car smelled of oil or possibly grease? That was my only complaint. Otherwise my bumper looked great, car was clean, receptionist went over an itemized list of what was replaced on my vehicle and Fred the estimator went out and reassured me of the lifetime warranty and that my vehicle was in great shape and back to normal
