The group at the body shop were very professional and kept me informed of each phase of the work. The workmanship and detail down to the l finish were perfect. I’m very satisfied with every effort put forth on my wife’s car and the detail of the alignment of each section of metal that was replaced to the amazing job done by the painting team nothing was not completed without total ownership of the work. Great job

Wasn’t told exactly what parts were being repainted under the insurance coverage. Wasn’t given the option of paying for the difference before it was complete since the majority of the vehicle was storm damage. I wasn’t given an update when completion was scheduled and the text link didn’t give any update for days. Although the link clearly states if there were any delays I would be notified. Back up sensors had an error and wasn’t fixed before I picked up the car. Now I have to bring it to another dealership and it will take a week for them just to get an appointment for diagnosis. I work 1.5 hrs and don’t have the option of just stopping by for a diagnosis.

although my car wasn’t completely fixed and it was there for two weeks they made an app to get my sensors fixed at the lc location other than that it looks great 🫶🏼
