Car was ready for 2 days prior to me calling for update. Was told staff called and my voicemail full. My voicemail wasn’t full and had no missed call. While this may have just been a misdial….it would have been helpful if they had attempted call more than once to let me know car was ready

I’m only saying 9 instead of 10 because the gap between the hood & fender on repaired side is a little bigger than the gap on the other side. But it is uniform per side.

As far as the work they did yes I would recommend them as far as being Clean cleaning your car up before they left no I wouldn't recommend them

They did good work on fixing it but they left Greece everywhere in the car grease on the console grease on the seat grease on the dash she was not happy with it

I picked my vehicle up on Saturday. The body shop was closed so I picked it up at the service department. The hood was replaced and the left side mirror panel, but the grille was not replaced or the bumper painted. Also the insulator or whatever you call the thing that goes under the hood was put in my backseat with the screws and clips. I’m not happy at all about this, it’s a major inconvenience when I have to drive and hour to begin with to the body shop, now I have to take it back. The insurance was billed for all this that wasn’t done. I’ve already called them this morning.

Overall repair ok however took too long because of material delays first fender was delayed due to purchasing errors 2 nd didnt realize new front headlight was damaged until they went to install need to improve material ordering tracking and inspection procedures these delays cost me extra rental car charges

They need to update every few days because getting someone on the phone is impossible. As far as in person there is great customer service. Very nice and polite.
