Hendrick Honda Hickory Pre-Owned and Collision
1171a Lenoir Rhyne Blvd SE, Hickory(828) 449-25501171a Lenoir Rhyne Blvd SE, Hickory, NC 28601"Don and Hendrick Collision are a class act and did a fantastic job repairing my nearly new (3 month old) Nissan after it was hit while parked. Obviously as a new car, and also myself being very detail oriented and having had less than satisfactory past collision repair experiences in my life, I was very picky and detail oriented. What surprised me was that Don’s attention to detail and focus actually exceeded my own, something I’ve never experienced from any kind of auto service facility. Typically the incentive isn’t there for a shop to produce that quality of work and communication— typically their focus is getting it done fast and cheap and see what low bar the customer accepts. Instead, Don was meticulous in every respect and answered all my questions (I had many) with friendliness, patience, and understanding. Communication was top-notch, this service center has excellent processes"
