Located on east Highway 92 just a couple blocks west of Combee Rd, we've had the honor and privilege of serving all of Polk County and the surrounding areas. In 20 years we have repaired and painted over 18,000 vehicles. We have maintained and "A" Rating with the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. We are a preferred vendor for many fleet companies, dealerships, as well as a number of insurance companies. The inside of the car was left dusty and dirty. Trash from the parts added to the vehicle etc. On the outside of the vehicle , obvious signs that the car had been repaired. Tape left on the back window and lift door

Not a comfortable waiting area No air conditioning - limited seating options Vehicle did not look brand new - you could tell vehicle had been repaired Inside vehicle left dirty with dust and trash also left over tape on back hatch

Kept car to long, my interior somehow ended up very wet whoch ruined some of my belongings, my car scents were removed from my car which is stealing, the new paint is not the same as the original shade, the door handles and hood are darker then the rest of the car, we paid for emblems and did not receive them. We were charged for moulding repaint and it was not done. When I finally picked up my car the door mats were laying on the side of your building instead of in my car. There was white powder all on the inside of my newly wet car that now smells like mold. There is also white powder all under my hood and door runners and there was a chip on the driver side front bumper that you guys want to touch up which defeats the whole purpose of a complete repaint. Also there was no communication or text for three weeks in a row. Completely unsatisfied. Will be notifying Geico as well.

Heather and Brian were very friendly and took care of my issue. I attempted to paint a bumper on my own but it didn't work. Brian gave me a quote that was very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I would recommend New Age to anyone needing paint and body work.

Everyone was professional and courteous. The communication was great. They let you know the progress that your care was in. Most important was the work was excellent. Would highly recommend.
