Didn’t fully assemble my vehicle after the accident. I have photos to show multiple housing units missing in the engine compartment and not replaced as well as my vehicle sticker which is a violation. Oil sticker off the windshield for whatever reason.

Everything looks great there is a few problems but I understand nothing can be perfect It seems like the bumper was not properly sanded or maybe it was overspray on the left side it's a little rough on a top edge. Which isn't too big of an issue it's a lot better than it was, the second issue was the covers for the tail lights on the inside of the trunk It seems like the clip was broken while it was being worked on because it randomly falls out now It is just the black cover that goes over these screws for the tail light it's not too much of a problem It just surprised me because whenever I open my trunk when I got home it randomly fell off and won't stay on since the clip is broken.

It's hard to be perfect with that given I would say nine they were quick to get me scheduled, finished the work in a reasonable amount of time It looks pretty much perfect from far away and the person to person communication is great. Thank you guys

A little overspray left an area rough but it's on an edge so it's hard to see, also a plastic cover for my tail lights that was taken off during removal of the bumper add one of the clips holding it down broken so it randomly falls off now.

Don't know who decided at New Age Auto Painting & Collision Repair that my hood, which was damaged in the accident by a Geico policy holder, should not be repaired, but that is not acceptable, as my hood was fine before the accident. After installing a new right headlamp, my lights do not match now, and were not adjusted, so the beam on the left one is higher than the new one on the right. The painting work done on the bumper was excellent, and staff were very courteous. New Age needs to hire employees that know how to do collision repair work, and adjust damages honestly, even if Geico has to pay more for accepting liability. Will not recommend anyone go to a Geico repair shop, and will tell them to hire a lawyer.
