I want to Thank everyone at New Design. I just feel so Blessed to have had this repair shop work on my RAV4. From the start bringing in my vehicle, the courtesy of the young lady at the receiving desk, her patience with my many questions. Wayne the manager who took his time to explain to this old lady what was going to be repaired. He is just awesome. The website showing step by step the repair work as it was being done is just great. The many phone calls from "Junior" who let me know what was going on. The cleanliness of the car once the work was finished. I forget the gentlemen's name who was overseeing the entire job, but he walked me to my car and inspected it with me. I could go on and on. Thank you again for a very refreshing experience. This place is Awesome.

Great customer service. I was provided with picture updates every day that my car was in the shop. I even received call updates. When I picked up my car it was cleaned, an added bonus to the excellent work done.
