I'm 99% satisfied would''ve been 100% if my car was thoroughly looked over for 100% completion be for pick up however that wasn't done which had inconvience my day. for pickup after having to wait amonth plus. Over because New Design driver to please their their customer I will return or recommend their service . THANKYOU

Andy painted my car well. The porter who washed my car was careless or just knowledgable about vehicles. He washes my matte'd car with soapy, wax. And then lets it sit out to are dry. Thankfully Andy was able to wipe it down and get the wax out before it destroyed the paint. The whole reason I was even at the shop is because the tow truck driver ruined my bumper by backing into another car's license plate. They dropped me off at my residence which was nice but expected but also made me found my own way back (???). I took a taxi for about $25. I never asked to be there. But if I can help it never again.

No need to call. It is not New Design's fault. I don't have any leave right now in order to be able to bring my car in, so no work has been done as of this writing.

They did an amazing job. They did more then I expected and finished the work very fast. If I ever need anymore work done on a car this is where I am going.
