From an accident I had damage on both sides of my vehicle. Driver’s side was just scratched headlight and front end panel scratches, the passenger side was significant damage from back passenger door all the way to the rear bumper. I told them about everything. I picked my vehicle up 28 days later only to find out the only part that was repaired was the driver’s side damage. It took 28 days to fix a headlight and replace a front panel. The passenger side with the severe damage wasn’t touched. Turns out my insurance adjuster did not put the passenger side was cleared for repair so that wasn’t the shop’s fault, that was all Allstate’s fault, but to have my vehicle in the shop for 28 days to fix the minor damage is ridiculous. They got clearance to fix the passenger side and I was told it would be a maximum of 2 weeks. It was a week and a half and I called to check the status. I was told it would be ready possibly Monday but definitely by Tuesday by noon. I called that Tuesday and they said I Wednesday it would be ready. Wednesday came and I was told they were finishing up and it would be ready for pick up at 6pm. I got to the shop just after 6 and it was still in the shop. I then waited for over an hour with a 9 year old and a 6 year old in the shop for them to finish. All the repairs came out great but this isn’t the shop I would use in the future after what all happened.
