I was almost recommended to come pick up the car in the rain storm that was a record for the city. Thankfully, I spoke up after making additional calls to make sure it was ok with the rental company. Also, my scooter went missing from the car. I know I signed the waiver, but it still would be nice to think I don't have to sign a waiver for missing things from inside my own car. Let's me know it's happened to others before which is the reason for the release.

Everyone in the shop was very professional. I made an appointment on line on a Sunday night, and received a phone call Monday morning from the shop to confirm my appointment. They also coordinated my transportation for a rental car.
