The finished work is beautiful. Christina & I already discussed the challenges to get the job done & I appreciate her intervening to get my vehicle to me in time for my vacation. She offered her sincere apologies for the lack of communication during the process which I accepted. My response of "no I was not completely satisfied" is solely based on the failure to communicate the issues; not the quality of the workmanship.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with the service itself. However, one part didn’t come, and I will need to come to the body shop one more time. Another note it about the accuracy of the automated message system. I sent the text message asking about the readiness of the car, and I got the negative answer and started prolonging the car rental process. 30 minutes later, I was invited to come and pick up the car.:(
