Took longer than initially scheduled because of part supplier errors, so no fault of New Trimble. Work was immaculate! Kelvin and the office staff were incredible - super knowledgeable and accommodating. 5 Star Service!

Muy insatisfecho con la reparación y la atención de la garantía. Aunque el servicio inicial por parte de Angel fue bueno, cuando regresé por la garantía me atendieron con mucha mala actitud. El trabajo final fue pésimo: las dos puertas quedaron con un exceso exagerado de perlas en comparación con el color original de la camioneta, y se escudaron diciendo que usaron el "color de fábrica" en lugar de hacer una igualación correcta. Además, entregaron la cabina oliendo a solvente y me dieron la ridícula excusa de que el olor provenía de tres botes de caulking nuevos y sellados que traía guardados. Falta de profesionalismo total.

I was impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff at New Trimble. Everything, including the procurement of a loaner (through Enterprise), was made easy. And the car looks great! They even cleaned the interior. If anyone I know needs bodywork I will recommend New Trimble.
