i have done business with different business across the board in Beaumont, TX over my 59 year of doing business. And, over all of years that i have done business with all of the different t types of businesses who have over charged me, not done a good job. misled me, taken advantage of the fact that i'm a a women who doesn't know cars....ect. NEWMANS COLLISION AT THE FOOT OF THE LINDBERGH BRIDGE! They have been upfront, transparent, consistent and fair! All of the time! Every single time. I think that it starts with the management first. and trickles down to the staff. Besides the fact they k ow what they are doing. why the concept that the majority of these local businesses think that by getting over on their patrons is more financially beneficial than treating there customers the way NEWMAN' COLLISION does business-Fair, consistent. reasonable, honest. and expertise! Newmann's body shop, did excellent repair on my Mazda cx90 and took hit from Progressive insurance adjuster and lost money, Communication was a issue between adjuster, Newmann's and I.would recommend Newmann's. However my sensors on cx90 are not working correctly. I'll take my CX90 to dealership in Houston to get it Calibrated and fixed.Good people at Newmann's, got good advice regarding deminished value my Mazda CX-90.
