The level of communication was unmatched!! They explained thoroughly the parameters they have to work with insurance, and that it would be a 2-3 day repair. I'm mainly unhappy because they weren't able to replace the second headlight. And a parking light isn't working. The bodywork itself was pretty good and we do appreciate them getting the truck to a mechanic to fix the ac.
