Lack of communication when repairs were being done and also when the vehicle was actually done. I had to call to get updates and to see when I could pick the car up. Did let them know I had a previous estimate done and that the fender was rusted. Ended up having to pay to extend rental out of my own pocket because I was not taken seriously when I spoke about the fender needing replaced, causing delays because it needed to be ordered part way through repairs. Did appreciate the detailing of the outside of the car, though.

The people I talked to when I called in were always super nice and helpful. Just a lack of communication from them. I was the one who had to initiate and call in to get updates. Was told multiple times they’d give me a call back, but never did.
