Repair looks very good. Was just unhappy with car being there 6 weeks. I know parts were late coming, but they could have waited for parts to be in before getting car.

Robin is incredible and super friendly. My only complaint or slight dissatisfaction was that I was told my car would be ready Friday (about a week in advance) but I didn’t get any confirmation of that the week of pickup. When I tried calling the day before it was scheduled to be completed I got a voicemail that was full and the second time it went to someone’s voicemail and they did not identify themselves that I recall in the voicemail. (I didn’t receive any call back) I got the call very late on Friday that my car was ready (after 3pm) and then had to figure out how to get it before you closed at 5pm on a Friday. I had originally wanted to take the rental car back to Enterprise first and get that squared away (bc the rental was crappy). I just didn’t have enough time and took it straight to your north location. I LOVED being able to drop off and pick up the car at the northern location.

I was disappointed not in the final job.I was disappointed that the completion time went from the 9 days to 23 without any reason.When contacting you about why.The adjuster calls me instead. He told me you called him to answer any questions. I borrowed my sons car for the initial 9days.He wasn’t too happy nor was I.

Pieces hanging off the bottom of the car, brakes not working properly, black all over all 4 tires, in reading printout, my blown tire was replaced with a reconditioned tire

Always kind and professional. I was a little late to pick up my truck, and they let me pickup anyways. They could have said you will have to come back tomorrow. Kept in touch with me regarding the update of my vehicle while they had my tundra.
