The process was very long to which I was very understanding. I dropped my car off on May 5th and they said it would be done within a week due to parts being delayed. It took an additional three weeks which I was completely fine with and understanding the whole time. I picked my car up on June 1st and the part they repaired looks great. I then noticed scratches on my front driver side tire rim so I called back to tell them that I noticed it because it was definitely not there before I dropped the car off. I most definitely would have noticed it and the guy told me to bring it in and he took photos and said he would get back to me. I still have not heard anything and it’s been a week the only solution he had was for me to buy a new rim for my car when I was not the one that scratched the rim he also mentioned that the before photos he took when I initially dropped the car off the first time were blurry again I know for a fact that I did not do that. It was not there before so now I’m stuck with my rim that has three separate scratches it was clearly done with a toll to remove the tires.

The service was great until they called me to tell me my car was done 30 minutes before they closed and expected me to make it there in time although the lady at the front desk was very understanding and I was able to just pick it up the following Monday going back to what I said about my rim I still haven’t heard anything back and it’s been a week
