For our first appointment to assess damages, Robin rudely sent us out to wait in the car after showing up 10 minutes early. She said she would tell the adjuster we were there, and she forgot so we waited a long time. If she would have let us stay in the waiting lobby, that could have been avoided.

I think my car was a very difficult case and presented many challenges. I’m very pleased with the results so far. (I’ve had it back for a week) It also was detailed very nicely on the inside and the smell of the airbags was gone! I was very concerned about that but very happy it was gone. It smelled like a new car for a few days!! I also appreciate the time Michael took to explain everything to me, anytime I called. I appreciated how thorough he was! Everyone I spoke with was very friendly!!
