I have already spread the word, including the name change from Paul’s Collision to Nick’s Auto Body. Google clarified the change of ownership in July, but State Farm was a little less clear in their listing of options. It seems they might have been aware of the name change, but since I had no idea that I should have been requesting Nick instead of Paul I nearly missed out on the opportunity to experience your excellent service in repairing my car!

When I walked in the door, without calling ahead, I was hoping that someone would be able to immediately look at the damage to my vehicle, assure me no parts would be falling off in the middle of the road, posing a danger to other drivers as well as myself, and that I would be given a reasonable time frame for the repairs. Abbey and Jen asked Kevin to come to the office right away from the shop. He secured the loose bumper. A few hours later he phoned to say the parts were available and on their way. One week later I brought my car in to start repairs. The replacement part arrived, but it was damaged, so there was a bit of delay going forward. From Nov 27 to Dec 18 I felt I was very well taken care of by everyone at Nick’s and the repair was carefully and completely accomplished, with courteous updates from Abbey and Kevin as the work progressed.

Kevin, Abbey and Jen were very attentive and helpful with setting up the repair and following through promptly. They kept in contact with me as repairs moved forward and made sure I could pick up my car much sooner than I had originally thought.I had originally requested this repair shop from my insurance, not realizing the name had changed in July. I had used your services very satisfactorily once about two or three years previous. Another competitor was not even going to look at the damage until Nov 11, but with the level of concern and efficiency at Nick’s, I was very pleased to be driving my completely repaired vehicle on Dec 18. Things moved along so smoothly because of the coordinated efforts of Abbey in the office and Kevin in the shop, and Jen put out the original call to Kevin when I first brought the car in.

With all the automotive industry were on strike and coming off the strike, they were able to find replacement parts and repair my vehicle the way it was before the accident. Plus they kept me informed on the entire process upon completion.

God Bless Abbey she made my accident less troubling. The knowledge she has is unbelievable. She tried so hard to get the parts for my car, and she did. I will let everyone know where to take their vehicle. I would give Nick’s auto body shop a +10 in satisfaction.

I give them tops. If I had to rate them 1 - 10 , 10 being the best , I give them a Very strong 10 . From service, follow-up info, professionalism, to having a very good and impressive finished job done on my auto. Can’t say enough good about them I will take my auto back to them again, if needed. Will highly recommend to friends. I had Abby and Kevin as my direct contacts.
