The repairs were perfect, but it seemed like it took an exceedingly long time to finish. I mentioned this to several friends and they thought you had the car too long also considering what was wrong.

Brooke Schultz was not very supportive of me as a female being able to make my own decisions. It was my car and my insurance policy. my friend stepped in, I indicated that I wanted to handle it myself. He persisted and I again indicated that I wanted to handle it myself, but this time I was more firm She made a little gasp. I would think another woman would be supportive of a female making decisions on her own. I am very independent. Of course, I asked my partner for questions when I’m unsure of what to do.

There are still problems with my door after they worked on it. They broke my key fob, denied it and refused to work with me on a resolution. There is also a trim piece in the door that they damaged, it doesn’t snap into place and just rattles around now. They did admit fault for that and promised to replace it. Three weeks later and it is still not replaced.
