I had back-to-back encounters with Nick’s Auto Body, though no fault of theirs. I was hit in a parking lot and two days after getting my truck back, a deer decided to play chicken with my 7,000 pound truck that only had 5,000 miles on it. I was quite “unfriendly” to anyone I encountered. Abbey could sense my frustration (I wasn’t hiding it) and assured me my truck would be back to new as soon as possible. Each time, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, and honesty through the entire process. I was kept up to date every step along the way. Abbey went out of her way to ensure that I was kept in the loop from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service I received. I’m not sure which technician(s) worked on my truck, but they did a phenomenal job. It looks and feels like it did the day I brought it home from the dealership. 10/10 I would recommend Nick’s Auto Body.
