Body work was and appears to be done well. Color matches up pretty well on painted surfaces. During the estimate process it was told take a week to complete. Drop off on Monday and pick up on Friday. I dropped my truck off on 3/2. I heard no updates all week and call on Friday 3/6. Gentleman answered the phone and said they havent even looked at my truck as they are waiting on parts. I went the week of 3/9 to 3/12 and heard no updates so I called again on 3/12 to ask for an update and I was told on that day during tear down they found an issue and were waiting on parts. So my truck basically sat there 2 weeks with no work done while I’m paying rental fees. I had to call twice for updates on my vehicle and feel the entire situation was unprofessional and could’ve been avoided had better communication taken place.

Nicks auto body mechanics with Kevin and all the others they did an awesome job on my jeep. They made sure everything was gone over and done right😁🥰 I can't asks for an auto body shop that makes their customers happy and satisfied! Thank you so much for fixing my jeep🥰

My husband and I were amazed! The deer had rolled from the driver side to the passenger side and had smashed the windshield. We saw no trace of anything. The car looked brand new, like it never happened.

I am so impressed with Nicks Auto!! Their customer service/support is outstanding. They communicated with me on the status of my truck.
