Again, the repairs are not complete yet. The body damage was repaired incredibly well and the paint was as good as from the factory

I wrote out a long response, but one wrong tap and the whole field was erased. You might include directions on what not to do when responding to this message, to avoid this! I’ll try to replicate some of what I wrote earlier: The repair work to my vehicle was of the highest quality! The painting was done so very carefully - I don’t think the car has ever looked this good. The finishing touch of cleaning the interior of the car was very much appreciated. The front office staff are very good at their jobs. Carlee and (I think) Rachel are both very empathetic people and are adept at getting information, filling out forms, being accurate, interfacing with the insurance company, and keeping to a timeline, and at the same time listening to the customer’s story and pacing themselves to the customer (who is working through the astonishment of having a car damaged). Both Carlee and Rachel could double as counselors - they listen and empathize and are really sincere about it. All the front office workers were approachable, knowledgeable, and careful with details.
