As mentioned in my first response, they did a good job but it couldn;t be as good as car manufacturers would do using machines.

It was a good job, as is mostly done by labor rather than machines. However, some of the work finished is not as good at was in the original car. The trunk lock also doesn't seem to be as good quality as the one in my original car. That being said, this company did a better job than the ones I have seen from my friends.

Not the professional behavior that AAA boasted about getting high ratings

Something rubbed against the rear bumper and one of the door handles and was overlooked during inspection. Possibly a bucket or something like a dark hose that left a long mark on the bumper and scuffed the door handle. The rep excused it and blamed me with looking at what I reported. They then cleaned it with rubbing compound
