Customer service satisfaction is 11/10. Everyone was very helpful, nice when you call or at the shop. Overall they were awesome. Michelle was the best, she didn’t only help me with my car problems that I was facing, also she was very attentive and always had nice words to encourage me. I really hope that I could find that team everywhere I go. They are so pleasant.

Repair took over month. Poor communication. Kenny manager was supportive in the end. Currently back at service be issued issue with transmission. Related to accident? Waiting I hear. Service department very communicative.
