Went to pick up my vehicle and the mud guard was attached with a zip tie because they didn't have a screw. It took forever to get an apology, and then they put two completely different types of screws on either side. Said they'd change it and that the parts service was closed so they could do it later so I went back four days later when they called to say it was ready and I asked if the screws matched before I drove forty minutes yet again, was told they did, and they weren't. They took thirty minutes to put the oim clips in (weren't even made for screws) and brought it out to me with the clip barely inserted and hanging out. Never again, don't go here.
