I was very impressed that updates were sent to me without me have no to pick up the phone to inquire about the status of my vehicle. That meant a lot to me. Also the care given to my vehicle during its stay at their repair shop. They also cleaned it up and had me grinning from ear to ear.

My brand new Altima was hammered in a hail storm 5 days after I bought it! I was terrified on I59 in Trussville with nowhere to go. James, in the collision center is extremely knowledgeable and his friendly team of people are top shelf! Especially Courtney. The entire collision department are compassionate, efficient and professional and I couldn’t ask for a better experience in a crumby circumstance. Thank you for making my car look good as new again! James and the team at Nissan of Gadsden Collision Repair Center are compassionate, professional and efficient. My car was hammered in a hailstorm 5 days after I purchased it. It was a terrifying experience for me. From the collision repair to the car rental….everything was a smooth experience despite my circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised with the fact my car had been cleaned on the inside. That was an added touch to the experience. My appreciation goes out to James for his exceptional handling, Brock for being attentive and helpful in selecting a tire for my needs and his willingness to take a moment to save my quote he gave me to make the ease of calling him with my decision and for the collision team, for their impeccable handling of my repairs.
