Caused some extra damage. Jace was very willing to fix those issues but not pleased that it happened. I’m a long time customer & hated to go to another location for repairs so I’m giving them another chance. Although there were issues I do like the response & customer service provided in response to those issues. I opted not to have one issue corrected (replaced) as I wanted to keep my original equipment that also has the VIN etched in it.

Chelsey was exceptional with her courtesy, keeping me updated at all times. She went above and beyond with her assistance helping me to pull up my "Rewards Points" to use toward my balance due. I My only dissatisfaction was that my vehicle drivers side floor area was filthy from muddy water, shoes and no courtesy paper was put down. My vehicle was there for 2 weeks, in and outside during a week of continuous rain. I did ask for it to be placed under the shed, due to a leakage on the convertible top. I was told it had been placed under some type of shelter. However; upon picking it up there was/is a smell that i am still trying to air out of the interior. So far the mechanical part seems to be good, no noise, or dragging.

The body shop was awesome!! The people I worked with were very friendly and professional. I can’t say that about maintenance shop.. Not very friendly and definitely not professional. I had my 2025 Corvette in for routine maintenance. The last time I was there getting my oil changed I mentioned that every time I got out of my car that I would smell oil. They told me that they would take a look to see if they could find the problem. When I returned to pick up my car , I was told that they found one of the boots on my back axle was torn and they would order a replacement. They also said it would be covered under warranty. I was told that they would call me once the part came in. No one ever called so I brought it up when I returned for my next oil change. The older gentleman that told me he would call me once the part came in acted like I was making up the whole story. The young lady that was helping me this time also acted like I was making it up. She kept saying she would put back on the rack and show me. I don’t like being treated like a liar…. Especially.When I’m paying good money for a service that I can take some where else. Gadsen Chevy is not the only dealer around…..
