I had my vehicle towed to Nissan of Gadsden for repairs after hitting a turkey. I picked up my Jeep a few days ago and they done such an excellent job with the repairs that when I left I felt like I was in a new vehicle. They even detailed it before I picked it up... not only once but twice because they thought the first time was not good enough! To me that says they care about their customers and their job. I have used Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in the past and let me just say, Nissan of Gadsden blew them out of the water! I will choose Nissan of Gadsden from here on out for anything I may need when it comes to my vehicle. When a woman goes to a car dealership or a shop about their vehicle they usually get talked down to and it is just so uncomfortable. I never felt that with Nissan of Gadsden. They were so kind and friendly when I picked up my Jeep that I was not uncomfortable at all. I am so pleased with the experience I will be going back even if it's just for an oil change!

Overall I'm grateful for my repairs, I did find a paint run in finish product, But nissan really done a great job, they detailed the whole car inside and out.. Thanks Nissan..
