From receiving the quote for the body work to picking up my vehicle upon completion of the body work, was exceptional. My vehicle looked like new and having the interior detailed was an unexpected pleasant surprise. Also being able to leave my rental car at the shop so I could take my car home was a great service. The shop is impeccably clean and tidy. My whole experience with Nortons was outstanding!
