It was all around a terrible experience.

My vehicle was returned with warning lights that were not present when I dropped the vehicle off. Over 1300 miles were driven in my car in the 6 weeks it was at this shop. It was hard to get updates on the status of my vehicle.

It was extremely hard to get updates about my vehicle I was never once called or emailed about updates. The only time I did receive any information I had to call them. Often times I would get a voicemail where I would leave a message that would not be returned.

When I took my car in for repairs and any time I called the receptionist took the time to find an answer to my question. I couldn’t pick up my car within business hours so they parked it behind Quick Trip for our convenience.
